• No refunds for invalid IDs or incorrect addresses.

• If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

 

• If a package is returned due to failure to provide an adult signature, a $14 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

• No restocking fee if canceled before the order is packed for shipping.
